FlowState is a personal energy tracking application that helps users:

• Track daily energy levels on a 1-10 scale
• Analyze personal circadian rhythm patterns
• Receive personalized insights and recommendations
• Correlate energy with sleep and activity data
• Optimize daily schedules based on energy patterns

User Accounts and Eligibility

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowState
• Users under 18 require parental consent
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use the Service only for its intended personal wellness purpose
• Do not share your account with others

Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

• Free Tier: Basic energy tracking with 7-day history
• Premium ($4.99/month): Unlimited history and advanced features
• Lifetime ($49.99): One-time payment for permanent premium access

Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Using automated systems to access the Service
• Interfering with other users' enjoyment of the Service
• Selling or redistributing your account access

FlowState and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowState shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Free tier users may experience service limitations

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the application or contacting our support team.
